These 4 day tours give you the opportunity to visit our properties as often as you wish, visit local sites and enjoy plenty of free time at the Turkish Riviera. Jean Marie DOBBELAERE
 Jean-Marie De Dobbelaere, Belgian national, married and having two adult children, resides today in Gent, Belgium as well as in Aubais, France.
He studied law at the University of Gent and thereafter started his own company, active in financial services in 1985.
He sold his international business in 2008 to a Swedish listed company and is since then active in real estate development. |

 After many years of experience in real estate development, Arzuoglu Property Development & Construction realised that our European customers were starting to demand increasingly higher and more specialised standards than were currently available in the Side area.
As a result, by the year 2000, we appreciated that we had no alternative but to abandon the conventional logic and building methods of traditional developers. We have adopted modern designs, augmented by the highest quality materials and methods of construction, together with a built in “satisfaction guarantee”.

One of our prime concerns is that our properties should harmonise with their surroundings. If a building is erected on land that does not benefit from a good location, regardless of how attractive the design or how sound the construction, it may never realise its full financial potential or create the same peace of mind and pride of ownership. We consider that our duty to our prospective customers commences with the selection of a suitable plot of land in a favoured location which will complement the design of the buildings.
