Rental guarantee
We realise that, for the average family, investing in a second home for holiday or investment purposes can represent a major financial outlay. For that reason, Arzuoglu Homes consider it essential to offer you the substantial financial protection afforded by our Rental Guarantee Scheme. This is designed to provide you with the security of a minimum rental income, based upon 6% of the purchase price, throughout the first two years following completion of your purchase to compensate you for interest that you are no longer earning on the capital sum invested in your Turkish property, or that you are required to pay to your lender.
This offer is only available on certain properties subject to terms and conditions outlined in our contractual agreement.
