CENNET RESIDENCE

Cennet Residence is a unique designed Development, comprising a total of twenty-seven apartments in four separate buildings. It  has been carefully constructed on a plot of land measuring 2582 square metres in a favoured location; just five minutes walk from the historic Roman town of Side and a hundred metres from its fine sandy beaches.  It has a generous sized swimming pool, set in carefully tended Mediterranean gardens.  The immediate area is well served by a variety of shops and restaurants; and medical facilities (including two excellent private hospitals) are also nearby.   There are good public transport links to the local commercial centre of Manavgat – where you can buy anything from a widget to a washing machine and Antalya International Airport can be reached in 50 minutes.

Terrace rails are  polished Aluminium with glass.

 To cater for various accommodation requirements - and budgets, four different types of apartments  have been incorporated within the development as follows:

2.  10 units  70 m² , comprising two bedrooms, one living room and one bathroom
