When you purchase a property from Arzuoglu Homes, our responsibility to you does not end when we hand over the Tapu (Title Deed).
We see this as just the beginning of what we hope will become a long and mutually rewarding relationship. It has been our experience that, should our customers subsequently wish to upgrade to a larger or more luxurious property, they will usually decide also to purchase their new home from us. Naturally, their ability to do so is nearly always dependent upon being able to sell their current property speedily; and at the best possible price. Like ordinary developers, our previous efforts to help with the upgrade process have tended to be somewhat informal.
However, we have recently conducted a detailed analysis of the professional needs of our clients, as a result of which we have developed a more formal structure for meeting your personal requirements. From the moment that you first decide to explore the possibility of moving to a new home, we will help you to realise your goals by suggesting suitable localities, or existing building projects, or by purchasing land on your behalf in order to build a villa to your own design. Once we have clarified your precise requirements, we will work with you to obtain the best possible price for your existing property - where necessary advising you to sell in advance of completion of your new home in order to take advantage of particularly beneficial market conditions.
In this contingency, we can arrange temporary furnished or unfurnished rental accommodation for you - in the case of the former, naturally we will arrange for your furniture to be safely and securely stored. In the case of adverse market conditions, where your personal financial circumstances permit, we may consider instead advising you to allow us to find a temporary tenant for your existing property to enable it to realise its full market potential when conditions improve. |
